Cortina – 90 km
The “Pearl of Dolomites” rises in the centre of a marvellous amphitheatre in the Eastern Alps at 1224 mt. It’s a paradise for the ski and for all winter sports, with its 110 km of alpine ski slopes and 58 km of cross-country ski tracks and with the variety of structures like the Olympic springboard, the Olympic bob track and the ice stadium. Summer mountain, for enthusiastic excursions and city where a lot of sportive and folk events, literary happenings, conferences, concerts and art exhibitions.

Cansiglio Forest – 40 km
Not too far from the Villa, grows the biggest beech forest of Europe. It’s a protected area, natural habitat for dears, roes, rich flora, for fantastic excursions during winter and summer time.

Prosecco Way
The oldest wine road of Italy winds from Conegliano to Valdobbiadene along 37 km, unique from the landscape, cultural, wine and food point of view. Our Properties rise on the Prosecco Road.

Conegliano, Golf Club Cà Amata di Castelfranco and Golf Club Consiglio are only few kilometres away from the Villa.

Asolo – 30 km
Only few km far from Torre delle Fate you can reach one of the more charming historical village of the Veneto region, where the famous actress Eleonora Duse, the English poet Robert Browning, the composer Malipiero and the English traveller Freja Stark lived. The Castle, fortress in the Middle Ages that was home to Queen Caterina Cornaro and her Renaissance court, modified several times over the years, with the characteristic original Reata towers, today houses the theatre dedicated to Eleonora Duse Really impressive also the old craftman's studios, the medieval Fortress and the excellent typical products to be tasted.

Monte Grappa and paragliding - 40 km
From the Villa you can easily reach Borso del Grappa, ideal place for the paragliding lovers that can take advantage from the particular weather conditions, with thermal currents all year long. The take-off area, easily reachable and a safe and wide landing area.
This place has been a critical point during the first world war and it’s known for its military memorial on the top, containing remains of Italian and Austrian soldiers.

Conegliano - 10 km
City known for the wines and for the art. Seat of the oldest Wine school of Europe. Charming historic centre, that offers moreover, the possibility to go around for shopping in the exclusive boutique of the city. During the summer and the grape harvest period there are many events you can attend!

Treviso - 40 km
City of art and culture, during the year house of international exhibitions and music, dance and theatre shows. It is famous because it is lapped by several rivers and for the monuments of great architectural value, it is also ideal place for shopping in the elegant Calmaggiore street and for the restaurants where you can taste the typical deliciousness of the area. We recommend to spend one day in Treviso.

Parco del Sile - 40 km
The longest resurgence river of Europe, could be visited by walking along the naturalistic tracks or with the traditional boats until the lagoon of Venice, admiring the numerous Venetian Villas that rises on the bank of the river.

Venetian Villae
From Refrontolo you can easily get to many Venetian Villas, summer residences of the noble’s families and built from famous architects, like for example the Palladio. The Province of Treviso has registered 700 Villas. The Palladian Villas of the Veneto region have been included in the UNESCO humanity heritage. Some of them around us:

Beach places - 80 km
Carole, historical centre with multicoloured houses has 18 km of sandy shore. Bibione is situated on the eastern border of Veneto region, offers a wide beach in depth with really fine sand and the possibility to take advantage by the beneficial effects of its thermal baths. Cavallino, with its 15 km of beach offers a lot of possibility of entertainment on the beach and in the lagoon. The same for Jesolo.Do not forget the fishing valley and the “Antiche Mura”, destinations for lovers of art and archaeology. All these destinations are quickly reachable from Refrontolo.

Venice - 65 km
The water city is reachable by motorway or better by train from Conegliano. It will be gorgeous after a busy day between alleys, small squares and thousands of tourists, to come back to a comfortable and familiar place like your Villa.
Trains leave every 30 minutes from Conegliano train station.

Thermal baths - 100 km
A lot are the known the thermal centres reachable from Refrontolo, starting form Abano Terme situated at the base of Colli Euganei, going on with Galzignano Terme and Montegrotto Terme situated in the suggestive area of the regional parc of Colli Euganei.

Verona - 150 km
Work of art with an high charme that has to be lived walking around the city discovering its famous monuments: the house of Juliet and that one of Romeo, the buildings of the historical centre and for the lovers of Opera, the extraordinary lyric season of the Arena.
Verona houses a really big artistic heritage, and the Arena represents the most known symbol of the city but not the only one. Churches, museums, castles, gardens, palaces, towers, statues, and architectural elements that represent different ages and create a mix of unbelievable beauty.

Garda Lake - 150 km
One of the biggest and the most characteristic lake of the pre-alps lakes is only one hour far from here. It offers to the visitor the light blue of its water and the olive trees that lie along the bank of the lake.Sirmione and Desenzano are the nicest places to visit.
